I haven’t experienced their grooming yet but I popped in for a quick nail trim for my pug puppy. They were all super sweet and all the dogs looked like they were getting a lot of attention. There was a lady in front of my complaining about their prices l (I heard her dog barking as we were waiting) and the girls there were all really professional and polite when explaining the reasons behind it. I liked the vibe and the impression I got from the staff so I opted to do a bath next time

I’m very happy with Muddy Paws, been bringing my girl Princess here for her baths and nails, my girl is afraid of dryers, but the staff is very patient and understanding, caring with her.

Absolutely recommend Muddy Paws. We have a doodle who needs regular grooming. Appointments are always easy to book, and we have been happy with every cut and bath. Our lady comes home smelling fresh and soo soft!

I bring my Cocker rescue here. He is quite protective of his personal space and often has ear infections. The MPG staff is kind, patient, and understanding when working with my sensitive rescue dog. He always comes back happy and nicely groomed/clipped.

Muddy Paws is a fantastic place to bring your pet! My GSD is always well taken care of and is given back to me looking and smelling great, and always with a smile on his face. Highly recommend this place!

    Our Policies

    At Muddy Paws, we strive to provide the best care for your dog while ensuring an efficient and smooth experience for all our clients. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask you to review our policies below:

    No-Show & Cancellation Policy:

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us within this window will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

    Vaccination Requirement:

    For the safety of all our furry clients and team, we require up-to-date rabies vaccination records prior to your appointment. Please bring documentation with you, text a photo of it, or email it to us ahead of time.

    Late Arrivals:

    We understand that life happens! However, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your pup, and rescheduling may be necessary.

    Grooming Adjustments:

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns with your dog’s groom, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate any touch-ups. After this time frame, the full price of the groom will be charged for any additional services.
