    Our Policies

    At Muddy Paws, we strive to provide the best care for your dog while ensuring an efficient and smooth experience for all our clients. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask you to review our policies below:

    No-Show & Cancellation Policy:

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us within this window will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

    Vaccination Requirement:

    For the safety of all our furry clients and team, we require up-to-date rabies vaccination records prior to your appointment. Please bring documentation with you, text a photo of it, or email it to us ahead of time.

    Late Arrivals:

    We understand that life happens! However, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your pup, and rescheduling may be necessary.

    Grooming Adjustments:

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns with your dog’s groom, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate any touch-ups. After this time frame, the full price of the groom will be charged for any additional services.

We’re proud to be an AKC Safe Certified salon, and our groomers are all Pet First Aid and CPR certified, ensuring your dog’s safety is always a priority. With a blend of professionalism, expertise, and heart, our team of talented groomers is simply the best. We treat every dog like family, and it shows in the care we provide!
